Cocktails, spirits, mixed drinks- whatever you call them, they are fun and delicious. Here are some recipes that I have tried that I changed to have an organic twist!
Blueberry lavender Mojito:
12 mint leaves
1 ounce organic lavender syrup
1/2 of an organic lime ( juiced)
20 organic blueberries
1 1/2 ounce of while rum ( www.greenoptions.com - Papagayo rum)
Club soda and a cocktail pick or toothpick
Muddle mint leaves ( smoosh), lavender syrup, lime juice and blueberries together. Fill a glass with crushed ice and combine the muddled ingredients with the rum. Pour over the ice and top with club soda. Garnish with a few blueberries- ENJOY!

Frozen Peach Bellini
1 jar of organic peaches ( 24 ounces) or 5 whole peaches, sliced and pitted

Process the peaches in a blender and freeze puree until you are ready to prepare the drinks. Chill champagne flutes for 30 minutes.
